OGD® Equipment Co. is thrilled to partner with repeat General Contractor ARCO National on this 502,263 square food industrial space in Northeastern Dixon, California. Located less than 30 miles from Sacramento, this project is the first large-scale warehouse to be built in this region in more than 20 years.
This cross-dock distribution facility will house 10,000 SF of office space, 492,263 SF of warehouse use, and 126 dock doors.
OGD® is proud to be part of this new development by supplying and installing a variety of Amarr insulated overhead doors, Pentalift airbag levelers, truck restraints, and Blue Giant dock seals.
Although the project was put on hold for almost a year for reasons outside of OGD® control, the OGD® team quickly made adjustments and created a plan allowing them to complete the project in the projected timeline.
