OGD™ Equipment is awarded work on a 49 million dollar project in Houston. This new multi-family development, located in downtown Houston will encompass 229 units. This project will highlight many products from OGD™ including the design and installation of a variety of overhead doors including high-speed coiling doors.
Although construction on the project was halted due to development issues, construction has begun once again and is anticipated to take 12 – 14 months to complete. Sovereign at the Ballpark will provide six stories over a two-level, concrete parking structure, with amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, game room, golf simulator, clubhouse, coffee bar, and barbecue grills.
