OGD™ Equipment Company is happy to feature the Hamilton, a 26-story residential tower in the neighboring Downtown Dallas district of Deep Ellum. This new residential building delivers inventive and inspired lifestyle edits that capture the spirit and culture of the ever-growing Deep Ellum area.
OGD™ Equipment Company officially celebrated the completion of the Hamilton. The project included partnering with Cornell Iron Works to design, manufacture, and install a variety of fire doors as well as high-speed coiling doors. Working closely with the general contractor Streetlights Residential, OGD™ Equipment Company was able to provide doors that accentuated the architectural features of the Hamilton design, such as exposed brick and steel features.
OGD™ Equipment stuck to their strict deadline and was able to complete the project on time. “Streetlights Residential had big aspirations for this project, which had been in the works for some time. We were excited to be chosen to collaborate with them to provide doors and installations that exceeded their expectations.” Said Hayden Stuart, Project Manager for OGD™. The completion of this project provided something truly exceptional to the neighborhood of Deep Ellum and allowed OGD™ Equipment to leave its touch on such an inventive building.
